Returns & Refunds at Taylor Anne Morgan
Style is personal, and we know that sometimes a piece looks slightly different on you than it did on your screen. That's completely fine. We've kept our return process simple so you can shop with full confidence from the very first click.
How long you have You have 60 days from the day your parcel is delivered to send something back to us. That's plenty of time to try things on, layer them with the rest of your wardrobe, and decide.
What we need For a return to be accepted, items should be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels included
There are no restocking fees on any returns.
Starting your return Send us a quick message at info@taylorannemorgan.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps personally.
Return shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend choosing a trackable service so your parcel can be followed from your door to ours, just for that bit of extra peace of mind.
Exchanges Want a different size or another colour? Exchanges are available on request. Let us know when you reach out and we'll arrange the swap.
Refunds Once your return reaches us, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. The amount goes back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need a few additional days before the funds appear in your account.
